I’ve worked at wendys for 2 years. I’m the fastest sandwich maker they have, I’m the most dedicated closer they have and I do my job right. My normal day at wendys consists of a 9 hour shift. Starting at 5pm to 2 - 3:30 am. I am tired, covered in grease, covered in crumbs, wet and smelly by the time I get home. I have called off a few times but only because I was sick and any time they requested a doctors note I got one. If I need a day off I request a month in advance not 5 days to a week. I give them plenty of time and if anybody needs they’re days covered, hey I’m they’re girl. I work my ASS OFF for that company. I do everything that I can to make sure that store like PERFECT before I leave it that night. Today I got a text from a very good friend whom I also work with saying that I have been removed from the schedule for all next week. Why? I’ve done SO  MUCH shit for you and they fuck me over like that. I need that money. But your going to give it to people that don’t work as long or as hard as me. WAY TO GO WENDYS. I will be looking for a new job thats for sure. I am tired of being FUCKED.
